Transfer your values and visions for the future directly onto metal with welding and plasma cutter

What your team has developed with heart and diligence in theory, you bring into a tangible form with us. Using welding torch and plasma cutter, you create drawings, symbols, words, or shapes that make your shared direction visible. Each person designs their own plaque or works in groups on larger sheets - from many individual parts, a strong whole emerges: your vision board from metal.

After a brief, practical introduction, you go directly into making. No prior knowledge needed. Safety and joy are prioritized. The finished vision board, all materials, protective gear, drinks, and snacks are included in the price.

This project tests and encourages your decision-making skills as well as the joy of implementation.

In small groups, all participants can directly participate in decisions and design.

After a brief, practical introduction, you go straight into doing.

With welding torch, plasma cutter, and a fixed set of metal elements, a joint work is created: decision by decision, weld point by weld point - the Executive Chair. The chair as a symbol for attitude and responsibility. What is needed for it to support? How does stability arise? Where are connections needed?

And at the end of the event, you face the question:

Does your chair just look good, or does it really support? Can you achieve both?

You weld an absolutely tamper-proof blockchain, crypto standard, with your team!

In 2 to 3 hours, you and your team weld individual link segments, either alone or in groups, which are then connected by you to an absolutely unique and tamper-proof team chain called "Bockchain". This creates a wonderful metaphor for collaboration and creative problem-solving.

Optionally, we test your chain at the end with the crypton test:

Does it withstand the tension test between the defined opposite poles?

Team balance in motion: The mobile as a mirror of your dynamics

The ideal image of a “perfect” team is omnipresent: harmonious, efficient, omnipresently resilient, and stable over years. But what does stability really mean? Often, perceived stability silently turns into rigidity - and weak points develop. True teams are living systems. They consist of individual personalities that jointly develop their own dynamics and balance. Stability here is not created by stiffness, but through flexibility.

Your workshop experience: From spark to balance - In this workshop, we invite you to rediscover your team''s mechanics and translate them into an artistic object.

Part 1: The trail of clues: We go on a research journey: What qualities truly define your team? What topics hold you together, and which challenge you? We identify the core elements of your collaboration.

Part 2: Craftsmanship & shape formation: Now it gets tangible. Each team member gives a physical form to one or more of these elements. You work with metal and learn to make your themes permanently visible through welding and shaping.

Part 3: The perfect balance: In the end, you assemble the parts into a large whole: your team mobile. The fragility and flexibility of the mobile contain a special strength. You decide: What needs which space, so that the system remains in balance? What happens if one element moves?

The result

At the end of the day, you will not only take away new insights but also a physical symbol of your collaboration. Your team mobile playfully reminds you in everyday office life that balance is a process - and that your individual dynamics are exactly what make you strong.
