Our creative welding team events in Zuchwil near Solothurn 🇲🇨 awaken hidden but innate abilities and promote practical thinking. Guided by our experienced event instructor team, who introduce you to these techniques with humour and professionalism, you will master welding and plasma cutting with ease. Together you will create, weld and laugh - tangible results are produced in no time, combining function and innovation - all without prior knowledge.

Our tasks in the various team-building formats are designed so that all participants - according to their own creativity, inclination and current abilities - can make a valuable contribution to the whole.

Most events take place directly at our location in Zuchwil - Solothurn. Depending on group size, we have additional venues available or, on request, we ignite the spark at your location.

Your team welds your own Executive Chairs. This project tests and encourages your decision-making skills as well as the joy of implementation. In small groups, all participants can directly participate in decisions and design. After a brief, practical introduction, you go straight into doing. With welding torch, plasma cutter, and a fixed set of metal elements, a joint work is created: decision by decision, weld point by weld point - the Executive Chair. The chair as a symbol for attitude and responsibility. What is needed for it to support? How does stability arise? Where are connections needed? You weld an absolutely tamper-proof blockchain, crypto standard, with your team! In 2 to 3 hours, you and your team weld individual link segments, either alone or in groups, which are then connected by you to an absolutely unique and tamper-proof team chain called "Bockchain". This creates a wonderful metaphor for collaboration and creative problem-solving. Optionally, we test your chain at the end with the crypton test: Does it withstand the tension test between the defined opposite poles? But what does stability really mean? Often, perceived stability silently turns into rigidity - and weak points develop. True teams are living systems. They consist of individual personalities that jointly develop their own dynamics and balance. Stability here is not created by stiffness, but through flexibility. Your workshop experience: From spark to balance - In this workshop, we invite you to rediscover your team''s mechanics and translate them into an artistic object. Part 1: The trail of clues: We go on a research journey: What qualities truly define your team? What topics hold you together, and which challenge you? We identify the core elements of your collaboration. Part 2: Craftsmanship & shape formation: Now it gets tangible. Each team member gives a physical form to one or more of these elements. You work with metal and learn to make your themes permanently visible through welding and shaping. Ich habe mich für den Schweißkurs angemeldet, um einige grundlegende Schweißkenntnisse zu erlernen. Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit – Toni und Tom waren super, cooler Kurs, coole Leute! Sie bieten auch Teamevents an, daher werde ich sie hoffentlich in naher Zukunft wiedersehen! Im Kurs habe ich das erste Stück meiner Outdoor-Küche gebaut!

Unser Team hat bei Raumformer eine unfassbar tolle Kugelbahn zusammengeschweisst. Sämtliche Teammitglieder waren vollends begeistert! Toni und Thömu hatten uns fantastisch unterstützt, sie haben uns schweissen und schneiden lassen, sodass unsere Kreativitiät voll zur Geltung kam. Wir haben uns in den Raumformer Räumen sehr wohl gefühlt, auch für das körperliche Wohl wurde gesorgt :). Dieser Anlass hat unser Team im wahrsten Sinne weiter zusammengeschweisst. Der Schweisskurs bei Anton und Tom von Raumformer war ein echtes Highlight! Die Werkstatt ist ein Traum – top ausgestattet mit allem, was das Schweisserherz höher schlagen lässt. Vom ersten Moment an haben sich die beiden super um uns gekümmert: mit viel Geduld, Know-how und einer richtig angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders klasse war, wie sie uns bei unseren eigenen Projekten unterstützt haben – mit wertvollen Tipps, Tricks und einer Anleitung, die wirklich Spaß gemacht hat. Man merkt, dass hier echte Leidenschaft am Werk ist! Wir haben viel gelernt, viel gelacht und kommen definitiv wieder. Danke euch für dieses tolle Erlebnis – bis bald!

Nach einer freundlichen Begrüssungsrunde ging es direkt los mit den ersten Schweissversuchen. Zuerst etwas Einfaches dann etwas Anspruchsvolleres. So, dass ich Zeit hatte, mich mit der Materie auseinander zuzusetzen. Nach einem halben Tag war Raum für die eigene Kreativität und Zeit mit fachlicher Hilfe, die eigenen Ideen umzusetzen. Eine Werkstatt mit allem, was das Handwerker Herz begehrt! Danke für den tollen Schweissstart!
