Turn Around - Team Building

The concept:

Through tablets, your teams are given various creative tasks. The event is guided by a BITOU host. The trick?  All tasks must be solved manually by the teams - the tablets are only used for the task instructions. Whether creative tasks or mini-presentations, activities or logic puzzles, there are no limits to the variety of tasks. There is something for everyone.

Open to change:

The tasks work across teams, bring variety and fun to the teams, and demonstrate in a playful way that change processes don''t mean anything negative and improve communication among team members. Openness to new tasks and quick coordination among team members provide sustainable learning for your team. At the end of the event, a reflection on change is possible.

The perfect team impulse

With a duration of 60 - 120 minutes and a straightforward and quick setup, Turn Around is versatile. The team event is ideal as a team boost in between or as a kickoff for a large event. If desired, we adapt the tasks to address the topics of your company.
