The modern Japanese fusion style has been embraced by Masanori Ito, head chef at "QOMO". The range of his skills reveals the extensive menu: starting with Wagyu Gyozas, followed by an excellent tangy Aka Miso soup. In the third course, classic Nigiri, the pure form of sushi: Tuna, Sea Wolf, and Salmon of the highest quality. From marbled Wagyu beef to lamb chop with sweet Teriyaki sauce and crunchy vegetable side dish - everything here is perfectly coordinated. Also available are accompanying wines and - if desired - Japanese Sake. As a perfect end, unusual desserts emerge: the note of green tea is moussy-creamy in consistency and wonderfully bitter in flavor. At "QOMO", authentic Japanese dishes meet the best culinary sides of Europe; perhaps a little more variety could be achieved with fusion dishes.
