Laughter doesn't change the world. But often the way people encounter each other.
For over 20 years, I have accompanied people and teams with laughter training, presence and conscious encounter.
Shared laughter brings people out of their heads and into the moment. It releases tension, creates lightness and connects - regardless of age, role or function. Teams experience themselves outside their usual roles, communication becomes more natural and new energy emerges in the space.
It's not about entertainment or having to be particularly funny. Laughter without reason is surprisingly simple - and therein lies its power.
Whether corporate event, team event, seminar or workshop: I design the offering to suit the goal, group and setting - from a short impulse from 45 minutes through sessions of 1-2 hours to a full-day programme.
