Founded in 1936 and originating from a café with guesthouse, Hotel Restaurant Maier still stands today for its culinary expertise. For four generations, the owners have also been pastry chefs or chefs and, of course, especially warm and professional hosts.

And this is a value that still counts today. Good food and selected drinks make many things easier: successful meetings, team building, relaxation.

Over the years, the company has continually developed and grown. In spring 2020, a new hotel with 20 additional rooms, event and conference rooms, and a new patio with extended parking options will open.

Fischbach is initially a tranquil district of the more industrially influenced city of Friedrichshafen. However, the area can boast a magnificent natural shoreline, which can be used and entered almost without restriction.
