What to expect

Plan, build and generate energy together

Build working wind turbines with your team and combine them into a shared wind farm. Plan, construct and test your solutions while coordinating roles and working across groups. The final energy measurement makes your collective result visible. BITOU provides materials and facilitation; reflection connects the experience with everyday teamwork.

4–500 people; 90–150 min. Mobile event in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The exact venue and its suitability are agreed with BITOU.

Programme

Your team event programme

  1. 01

    Set a shared construction goal

    After the introduction, each team designs a wind turbine. In the end, the overall production of the entire wind farm counts.

  2. 02

    Build and coordinate

    You assign roles, build the turbines and test solutions, coordinating with the other groups as well.

  3. 03

    Check safety and layout

    BITOU verifies stability. Together you choose the arrangement of the turbines so that they obstruct each other as little as possible in the wind flow.

  4. 04

    Measure the energy yield

    Start the wind farm and observe the measured performance. Upon request, reflect with BITOU on your collaboration.

Customer venue requirements
Indoor or outdoor possible. BITOU requires a minimum of 20 m² floor space plus 2 m² per person. The suitability of the space will be coordinated in advance.
After the event / collection
Team photos will be provided to you after the event. A trainer reflection can be included upon request.
