Before Mars - Team Development

Before Mars is a strategic team event that takes place over 4 quarters, each with 5 rounds. In each round, every team strives to gather as many resources as possible, which can be used to transport rockets to Mars. Only then can the overall goal be achieved and the survival of humanity secured. Each launched rocket earns the team status points. These can be collected or used for the general benefit. Only the team with the most status points is allowed to govern the future Mars colony. Does this influence decision-making within the teams? Not an easy challenge.
