Fried plantains alongside onion roast beef, West African street food alongside cheese spätzle: at Chez Cuisto, two cuisines come together on one buffet. Chef Hiacinthe Ambassa Okala grew up in Cameroon and trained with an organic caterer in Germany. He combines ingredients such as cassava, plantains, black-eyed peas and palm oil with regional organic products and European cooking techniques.
For corporate celebrations, weddings and private events, we put together the right format for you: classic buffet, grilled buffet, live cooking or our food truck, which brings fresh dishes directly to your event venue. For weddings, we offer finger food for the aperitif, starter platters, main courses and individually tailored desserts upon request. Whether cosily at your home or in a hall with over 100 guests: we advise you on menu selection and help with venue search if required.
