With a total of 540 square meters, events ranging from large company celebrations and product launches to press conferences and TV talks, as well as photoshoots, fashion shows, or weddings for up to 500 people can be realized. Thanks to the special construction and cladding of the hall, no noise or vibrations penetrate inside. This allows music recordings with large orchestras to be carried out at any time of day or night. This advantage is particularly noticeable during events with live acts and music late into the night, as no party noise escapes outdoors and neighbors are not disturbed, while guests can enjoy themselves and the day turns into night.

Thanks to the legendary acoustics, soundtracks for international film productions are now recorded here using state-of-the-art recording technology. Since 2009, the building, constructed in the 1940s, has been under historic preservation.
