Insect Hotel Workshop

We develop bespoke teambuilding activities for companies of all sizes: Sustainable and social events with real impact for society and the environment (e.g. building solar lights, hand prosthetics or water filter backpacks that are donated after the event) Outdoor team events such as team challenges or nature rallies Indoor teambuilding games for creativity and collaboration Digital and hybrid teambuilding ideas with VR, AI and more

A classic company outing is fun - but often lacks a sustainable effect. With sustainable teambuilding events, your team not only experiences shared adventures but also leaves a positive impact. Whether CSR event, green event or social team event - you combine employee retention with social responsibility.

Every event is tailored individually to your company. We start with a needs analysis, develop the appropriate concept and support you from planning to implementation. Whether social impact action, outdoor teambuilding, indoor games or digital corporate events - we ensure smooth processes and experiences that are remembered.

Those who decide on teambuilding with colleagues, employees, team leaders or managers can have various goals: integrating new team members, fun and motivation, appreciation, team development, conflict resolution - to name just a few. With the possibility of working from home, new challenges also arise: spatial distance and predominantly virtual communication. No problem for us! We bring employees from various locations together worldwide. We are flexible and adapt to your circumstances. With an individual team event, we overcome distances, promote communication and team spirit, ensure motivation and cohesion, and increase your team's productivity.
