A strategic team simulation
Before Mars is a strategic team event conducted over 4 quarters with 5 rounds each. In each round, every team aims to collect as many resources as possible, which can be used to transport rockets to Mars. Only in this way can the overall goal be achieved and the survival of humanity secured. Each launched rocket earns the team status points. These can be collected or used for the common good. Only the team with the most status points is allowed to govern the future Mars colony. Does this influence decision-making within the teams? No easy challenge.
