Team welding with Andrea Stahl combines art, craftsmanship and team spirit: In an inspiring studio atmosphere, you create a steel artwork together that lasts.

I am Andrea Stahl, welder, artist and seminar leader. For over 30 years I have worked with metal, fire, colour and creative processes.

When you come to me, you don't end up in a sterile seminar room, but in my creative studio in Oberentfelden, a former industrial hall with character. Here we design, experiment, weld and create something together that lasts.

Team welding is more than a team event. It combines craftsmanship, creativity and collaboration in a direct and surprising way. People who have very different roles in everyday life work here with metal, fire and form - and experience themselves anew.

What to expect

After a brief introduction, you get straight to work. Each person works with metal and tools themselves. I personally accompany the entire process with plenty of experience, so that even people without prior knowledge feel safe.

Depending on the format and group size, a joint steel artwork or several smaller works are created. In the end, you take home not just a special experience, but also a visible result that remains a memorable team moment.

For companies, groups and teams looking for something different from escape rooms, cooking courses or standard programmes. For groups of 8 to 80 people in the studio, externally up to 200 people depending on location. No prior knowledge required.

My studio in Oberentfelden is easily accessible from Zurich, Bern and Basel. External events are also possible depending on location and framework.
