Ich habe kürzlich im Sedamm Plaza Hotel übernachtet und insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine moderne Ausstattung, saubere Zimmer und einen freundlichen Service. Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet hat mir gefallen – es bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und ermöglicht eine schnelle Anbindung an die Umgebung. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die etwas längere Wartezeit beim Check-in, aber das Personal war stets höflich und bemüht, den Prozess so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Alles in allem ist das Sedamm Plaza Hotel definitiv empfehlenswert, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
Wir hatten eine Familienfeier mit Kind und Kegel im Seedammcenter. Essen (im OLEA) und Hotelzimmer waren tadellos. Ganz speziell hat uns das Service Personal - vor allem Frau Mai - positiv überrascht. Sie war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich, auch zu den Kindern. Danke.
Selten so gut gegessen und übernachtet. Zuvorkommender und kompetenter Service, Spitzenküche und tolle Aussicht auf den Obersee. Die Zimmer sind eine wahre Freude. Haben schon einige Hotels in der Schweiz besucht. Dieses war zweifelsohne eines der besten. Möchte so bald wie möglich wieder kommen.
Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Frühstück war toll und der Service sehr freundlich. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Schokoladenmuseum zu besuchen. Liegt etwas abgelegen, Dafür kann man einen schönen Spaziergang am See machen.
Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Restaurants sind sehr gut und der Service freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer halten den Standard der Restaurants leider nicht ganz (wobei sie wohl auch teilweise sehr unterschiedlich sind). Klar Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache aber die in unserem Zimmer war nicht stimmig. Mehr gestört hat mich allerdings das Bad, das eher Spitalcharakter hatte und auch nicht 100% sauber war.
