Creative venue for corporate and private celebrations
The Kulinarium consists of a large guest room with a bar and features direct access to a charming rooftop terrace. For events, everything is exclusively at your disposal. Our venue is equally suited for a casual corporate celebration as it is for an elegant family gathering or a spectacular wedding reception. Our terrace with views over urban Bern has its own unique, urban charm. Since 2023, we have had a fully equipped disco area with fog machine, disco ball, lighting and perfect sound.
With our outstanding chefs, creative event team and the two food engineers and founders Susanne and Martin Schanz, we have extensive expertise. Let us inspire you!

Wir durften für rund 30 Personen ein Apéro riche von Gourmetbox in unseren Büroräumlichkeiten geniessen – und waren rundum begeistert! Die Qualität und Frische der Speisen waren hervorragend, jedes Häppchen war mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und geschmacklich ein Highlight. Auch die Bestellung, Abwicklung, Lieferung und Abholung haben reibungslos funktioniert – alles war perfekt organisiert. Die Dienstleistung auch in der administrativen Abwicklung war zuverlässig und professionell. Wir können Gourmetbox wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Everything you need to know about your event at this venue.
In principle, you can celebrate for as long as you wish. We just need to know about it in advance. If you want to go until 07:00, we need to have a second team on site and we will change them at around 22:00.
Yes, this is generally possible for smaller weddings of up to approximately 80 guests. Often it is almost ideal if the ceremony is not held at the same location.
Our event venue is located at our production facility. We have our excellent kitchen here and offer packages where everything comes from one source. We place great value on good value for money.

This depends on the season. June, August, September, November and December are typically very heavily booked, so it is advisable to book early (approximately 1 year in advance).
