Ice cream as it was 100 years ago - without artificial additives, colourings and flavourings.

Our focus is on regional products and their quality. We are proud to produce without ready-made ice cream powder mixes. The best from nature becomes the best for everyone. Our lemons and limes are hand-pressed and the zest is grated. We roast and caramelise all nuts ourselves. Every vanilla pod is individually split and infused. Even our brownies for our caramelised banana brownie ice cream indulgence are baked in-house. Always new recipes created by our creative ice cream parlour patisserie team, offering alongside our classics such as:
