An offer for groups of up to 100 people.

Our guided tours provide fascinating insights into the history of our company and showcase landmark projects from the past five decades. You’ll learn interesting facts about tunnel construction, technology, and their development. The focus is on forward-thinking approaches to how underground space can be used in the future for sustainable energy generation, data storage, or urban development.

This impressive group experience builds on our proven standard tour and is complemented by the immersive cinema in the SBB railcar.

Here you’ll learn how to respond correctly in the event of a tunnel fire. You’ll then enter a second decommissioned SBB railcar, where you’ll walk through theatrical smoke and experience firsthand what such a situation might feel like.

A blasting demonstration as the grand finale of your visit to Hagerbach!

Feeling the shockwave is a real highlight and makes every visit to the tunnel a special experience. The “Big Bang 4D” live blasting demo takes this experience to the next level.

A film explaining the blasting process is projected onto a large rock face deep inside the mountain. As the countdown begins, the tension among the guests rises—everyone eagerly awaits the blast. Then the moment arrives: Ten detonations go off, the shockwave is palpable, and the projected rock face appears to collapse.

A very special evening awaits you.

Equipped with lanterns, the trail leads along the forest path up to the idyllic Poli, where the first surprise awaits: a mulled wine reception with Maja Anderegg and her young goat herders and donkey girls in the goat barn, accompanied by delicious snacks.

Afterward, we’ll take the loop trail—now accompanied by the goats—on a leisurely descent to the mysterious second entrance of the Hagerbach Experimental Tunnel. This entrance was once used by the legendary secret army P26 to enter the tunnel system unnoticed.

There, we say goodbye to our new goat friends, and with our lanterns, we continue through the darkness of the mystical tunnel. Another highlight of the evening awaits us there: the “Big Bang 4D” blasting demonstration—an impressive and powerful trailer blasting with projection support.

Finally, the mine train will comfortably take you to our restaurant deep inside the mountain for a well-deserved fondue feast. Time to raise a toast together to the adventure!

Combine your team event with a hands-on fire extinguishing course in collaboration with K.A.B. Brandschutz. This program not only imparts knowledge but also builds confidence in taking appropriate action in an emergency.

During the hands-on portion, your employees will learn how to properly handle fires and the targeted use of fire-fighting equipment such as fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
