Our heated event rooms, including the Event Kaverne and our seminar rooms, allow you and your guests to dress appropriately for your celebration. If you plan activities outside these rooms inside the tunnel, we recommend sturdy footwear and a jacket, as it is usually around 15 degrees there, the terrain can be uneven, and the floor is not as clean as in our other rooms.
Indeed, that is very rare. Our Event Kaverne is only 70 meters from the tunnel entrance, and most of our tunnel rooms offer enough space for a truck to pass through. In fact, our rooms are often more spacious than your local supermarket. A helpful guideline: if your guests can drive through a highway tunnel without issues, they are well suited for our facilities!
Event-Cave for events up to 200 people:
Since spring 2022, we have been working with Winkler Livecom for technical equipment. Besides decorative technical elements like wall projections and colored spotlights, we now also have excellent sound and light technology, which is very easy to operate. Microphones, projector and screen, amplifiers, speakers, and stage technology -- everything is available in the Event-Cave. Want to dance? The Event-Cave features disco lights that automatically sync to the music. Additionally, there is a disco ball and fog machine -- all easily operated via tablet.
Do you have guests coming from abroad? Our live streaming technology can even accommodate such requests!
For over 200 guests, the "Glück-auf" Cave:
The "Glück-auf" Cave acts as a blank slate. The framework is good. Stage elements are already in place. Hanging points for event truss and wiring for the control room are pre-installed by Winkler Livecom. All additional technical devices are brought by our technical partner per customer agreement for the individual event, installed, operated during the event, and properly dismantled afterward.
One of the great advantages of celebrating in our event venue inside the mountain is the possibility to party late into the night without regard for other guests or neighbors. Events can be held until 4 a.m., with an additional charge of CHF 220 per additional hour starting at midnight.
Generally invoiced -- credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diner's) or cash is also accepted. For events with revenue over CHF 5000, a 50% prepayment may be required.
