Resourcefulness, creativity, sensible task distribution within the team, working together and coordination - these are all important aspects of the raft building team event. Solo operators will struggle here when it comes to paddling in rhythm and leading the team to victory.
The raft components are provided as individual parts at Weesen harbour or Walenstadt beach. Teams receive the task of building a stable and functional raft from these parts that meets the highest safety standards. Together, participants must figure out which knots need to be used so that the raft meets the requirements and holds up until the end of the raft journey.
Raft building - the team experience with a high fun factor!
Raft building is ideal as a group event with team-building benefits or as a team event with subsequent reflection, but also as a fun activity at a company outing, club outing or class reunion.
The event can be rounded off with a barbecue on Alp Habergschwänd on Kerenzerberg followed by a scooter descent (journey by car and chairlift approximately 40 minutes from Weesen).
Restaurants near the raft building site in Weesen or Walenstadt can also cater for refreshments.

A typical sequence includes: Welcome and brief introduction by guides Material distribution, group division and planning by the teams Joint construction of the raft Safety check by experienced supervisors Maiden voyage on the water with paddles Conclusion, possibly with aperitif or BBQ on land This structure promotes cooperation, creativity and shared success.
