A story A new team starts every three years to Mars, aiming to arrive there as crew. But only when the team has decoded a code, which consists of several smaller codes, can the mission begin. For the correct solution, the expertise of each individual astronaut is needed. First, the group is divided into several astronaut teams, each team finds itself in its own chatroom for the online simulation. A countdown of 26 minutes is visible to all - and an empty field where a code of characters or numbers must be entered. But which? The team members eventually find out that they need to put the pieces of information in a logical order to get the number code so that contact with the Mars station can be reestablished in the first step.
The process - Mission to Mars consists of a total of three rounds of 26 minutes plus a short, light session of 26 minutes. With each round, the challenge and complexity increase for the team members. Surprise yourself...
The learning effect - After each round, the entire group comes together and reflects: What worked, what didn't? In each session, the team learns new things and receives enough input for the final reflection.
Special feature - The four sessions of the communication team event can also be conducted over a longer period, spread across several dates. This gives your team the opportunity to transfer their insights into everyday work!
