Express your wishes and ideas, we are happy to put together your individual event so that you feel completely comfortable. The special ambiance of the Milchmanufaktur makes your event a unique experience for young and old.

The restaurant seats up to a maximum of 80 people, in the Heumilch Hall we can accommodate groups up to 40 people. When opening the Heumilch Hall, the maximum group size is 120 people. Our group menu card features various ideas and menu suggestions. Of course, we also create your individual favorite dish or your desired menu.

Weddings

A perfect wedding requires a venue where fine dining and joyful celebration can take place. We transform our restaurant into an elegant, festive venue, decorated exactly to your wishes. Our experienced event team organizes decoration, aperitif, and banquet. We look forward to contributing to your special day.

Family Celebrations

The Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln is ideal for family celebrations such as baptisms, birthdays, or other private events. Whether you are planning a standing cocktail or a banquet, we offer the perfect setting in one of our various locations. Upon request, you can enhance your event with a tour of the cheese dairy or with a self-made cheese offer. Our experienced event team is happy to help design the celebration with you.

Here, you'll find the perfect setting to escape from everyday work into another world. We are happy to offer participants insights into the world of milk processing with one of our activities and organize your event according to your wishes with our experienced event team.
