The Green Hall is located in the former Hecht building in Gottlieben, a historic house from the 18th century, directly on the idyllic Seerhein. The space offers a warm, inviting atmosphere and is ideal for meetings, workshops, private parties, and stylish dinners.
At the center is a large, sturdy solid wood table that only permits banquette seating. This high-quality table setup creates a special frame for focused meetings and convivial gatherings.
The room has space for up to 20 people and is equipped with modern presentation technology such as a projector, screen, and flip chart. Thus, the Green Hall combines historic charm, a prime lakeside location, and practical functionality for all kinds of events.

From November 1 to February 28, we invite you to experience Seerhein magic in your own chalet in Gottlieben. Enjoy delicious cheese fondue and raclette in a cozy atmosphere right on the Seerhein. Every Saturday afternoon, our Waffle Magic awaits, where children and adults can bake their own waffles and embellish them with creative toppings.
Seerhein Brunch
Every Sunday from October to May, Porto Sofie spoils its guests with a hearty Seerhein brunch. Welcome with a Prosecco and enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with fresh regional products. Schönes Hotel im "alten" Stil, rittermässig. Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung. Das Morgenessen war nicht superüppig, aber ok. Die Lage ist super, wunderbare Aussicht und der Ort so hübsch und noch heile Welt.
Tolle Lage
Ich war vier Nächte im Porto Sofie. Das Hotel, die Lage, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen, das ganze Ensemble waren ein Traum. Ich war in einer absoluten Stresssituation, weil mein Mann nach einem schweren Unfall in der Nähe im Spital lag. Dieser Ort mit seinen Menschen und dem Essen und der Ruhe war eine echte Oase für mich in dieser Zeit. Ich werde wieder kommen! Und dann kann ich das alles ohne Stress genießen!
Hübsches Lokal, unkomplizierte Küche. Weinauswahl dürfte etwas besser sein.
Nous sommes descendus dans cet hôtel suisse pour quelques nuits, dans la suite junior avec balcon et la chambre correspond parfaitement à la description ainsi qu''aux photos. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Les petits-déjeuners étaient complets. Quant à l''emplacement, idéal pour les personnes recherchant de la quiétude !
