Reviews
Food nice and staff nice.
Reasonably priced food and drinks
The venue was busy when I visited due to entertainment being on, which created a good atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service let the experience down. I was the only customer at the bar waiting to order, but it took around 10 minutes for staff to acknowledge me while three of them stood chatting together. Even when I was finally served, they seemed more focused on their conversation than the customer. The food was the highlight. It arrived quickly, was served hot, and was exactly what I was expecting. Very nice.
I've organised a couple of informal work functions at the Zetland Hotel for groups of over 10 people, and both times the service and food have been excellent, with prices that are very reasonable and practical. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and everyone always has a great time. Highly recommend.
