Host your private dinner, client gathering or team celebration at Yugen Dining, with intimate dining spaces and exclusive venue hire across two levels. For a larger event, we can welcome up to 100 guests seated or 230 cocktail-style throughout the venue. Six-metre-high stone walls, refined industrial interiors and luxurious bespoke furnishings give your occasion a distinctive underground setting.

Choose the Golden Orb for an intimate Chef’s Experience for six to nine guests. Suspended above the restaurant, this private dining space overlooks the main floor. Our semi-private Golden Curtain area accommodates groups of 20 to 26, while the Mezzanine offers a separate, more intimate setting for our six-course Chef’s Experience. For shared dining on the main floor, groups of seven to 18 can gather at our banquette-style tables.

Our kitchen combines Japanese flavours with Asian-fusion influences and seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. Groups of seven or more dine on our banquet menu, while the Golden Orb and Mezzanine feature the Chef’s Experience. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free à la carte menus are available; let us know your dietary requirements before your visit.

Outside food and drinks, including cakes, are not permitted, and we do not allow open flames or additional table decorations. Sunday and public-holiday surcharges apply.
