Choose the Sterling Private Dining Room for an intimate gathering of up to 14 guests, including family occasions and formal business dinners. The Main Dining Room provides an industrial-inspired setting with floor-to-ceiling windows and a luminous sandstone wall. Its custom Reflection Table is a single long brass dining table seating 30, suitable for wedding parties, business dinners and birthday celebrations. The table is part of the Main Dining Room rather than an additional room.

The Saloon offers another setting for cocktail gatherings, birthdays and engagements, with a private bar and capacity for 29 seated guests or 45 standing. Discuss the specific rooms, format and guest numbers with our team before confirming a whole-venue or larger event.

Our cooking centres on smoke-infused flavours and Asian ingredients, from smoked meats and seafood to vegetable dishes. Sharing banquet and vegan set menus are available at $88 per person, subject to current pricing and inclusions. Groups of eight or more dine on a set menu and attract a 10% service charge. Advise dietary requirements early, as options for FODMAP, fructose, onion- and garlic-free diets are limited.

We serve drinks from our restaurant selection and do not permit BYO alcohol or outside food, including cakes. An uncovered outdoor area is weather dependent.
