Windsor Function Centre

Windsor Function Centre is a function venue offering three pillarless rooms designed for weddings, conferences, cultural events, and social celebrations. The Macquarie Room accommodates up to 350 guests in banquet style and 550 in cocktail style, featuring a wooden dance floor, large stage with motorised catwalk, connected dressing rooms, dual projectors and screens, high ceilings with ambient drapes, and an AV control room. The Phillip Room seats 140 guests in banquet style and features French chandeliers, a heritage bar, natural lighting, and elegant stairs with gilt mirrors. The Bligh Room is an intimate space with a grand piano, seating 96 guests in banquet style. The Macquarie and Phillip rooms can be combined to increase capacity to 440 guests banquet style and 750 cocktail style, with flexible dual-level architecture allowing separate VIP or private areas. The venue includes onsite catering services, complimentary parking within the precinct, a foyer with fireplace, and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment with dedicated onsite AV specialists. The venue accommodates diverse event types including Indian weddings, sangeet events, corporate conferences, gala dinners, school formals, fundraisers, and cultural celebrations.
