Verandah Precinct

Verandah Precinct comprises eight individually bookable event spaces located in Sydney's central business district. The venue accommodates gatherings from 30 to 550 standing guests across distinct areas: Lover's Lane (30–100 standing), Verandah Bar Exclusive Hire (225–550 standing), The Lookout (30–50 standing), Naughty Corner (30–60 standing), Verandah Public (30–70 standing), Social Dining Exclusive Hire (60–220 standing, 110 seated), Private Dining (30 seated), and Fireplace (30–40 standing).

The venue serves corporate functions, birthday celebrations, end-of-year parties, and milestone events. Social Dining offers modern Australian cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Brad Sloane, featuring house-made pastas and a curated wine list. Verandah Public provides casual pub-style dining and drinks. The events team brings over 27 years of combined experience and manages all function inquiries.

Facilities include no cakeage fees, flexibility for guest decorations (excluding confetti, glitter, and open flames), and optional in-house or guest-provided music depending on the space. Catering services are available, and groups of 30 or more may reserve space without a separate hire fee. Minimum spends vary by day, season, and selected space.
