About us
Five meeting and conference spaces in Bundoora
Our ground-floor Auditorium offers seating for up to 400 people across 360 square metres, with a stage and audiovisual facilities. Projector and microphone hire are included, and every auditorium booking requires an AV technician for at least four hours. You can book a full-day or half-day room-hire period to suit your programme.
For a naturally lit ground-floor space, choose Rosa, with 169 square metres and a private courtyard. Upstairs, Tyndale offers 63 square metres and windows overlooking University Hill. Flannery provides an elongated 82-square-metre conference space, while our 58-square-metre Wesley room suits smaller meetings and breakouts.
Our conference-room inclusions help you prepare a focused day: pads, pens and a water station are included, with presentation equipment varying by room. Tyndale, Flannery and Wesley include a projector, flip chart and whiteboard. If your delegates need to stay nearby, Quest Bundoora is approximately 250 metres away. Great service, food and spaces.
Good , clean but for the Internet don’t work
Very easy convenient place to reach by tram 86 Bundoora direction Get off at "Vicroad "stop then across road n walk all the way Very spacious n big complex Attending work conference
A great venue for training and conferences. Comfortable seats, clean tables, good audio and visuals, morning tea was delicious and the coffee was lovely. My only complaint was the person on reception was shouting at the people ahead of me and my cohort whilst we were lining up for morning tea. She appeared to be quite angry and was yelling over and over again, one savoury, one sweet only. I understood why as there were a lot of people there but perhaps an announcement over the P.A before we left the room and signs would have been a nicer way to get the message across. Other than that, we had a very comfortable 3 hours at the venue and I would gladly go there again.
