Eight spaces for weddings, celebrations and business events
For a large reception, the MEC Ballroom offers a sunken dance floor and accommodates up to 1,200 cocktail guests or 800 in theatre layout. Seated arrangements allow 600 guests with a dance floor or 612 without one. The Pearl Ballroom, Glass House, Sketch Room, Signature Room and Sky Room provide further options for different group sizes. The Arbour and The Fernery offer outdoor settings for ceremonies and photographs, allowing you to hold your ceremony and reception at the same venue.
We also welcome conferences, meetings, gala dinners, awards nights and product launches. Sound, lighting, staging and high-speed Wi-Fi support business events, with the layout and equipment agreed for your chosen room.
Our catering team and partner Tandoori Flames offer Indian, Western and Middle Eastern menus. Choose from plated, buffet, cocktail or shared-style dining, and discuss Halal, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements with us. We work with couples and hosts planning multicultural celebrations, including arrangements for cultural ceremonies and entertainment.

From the very beginning, the planning process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. A very special shoutout to Yuvraj, who went above and beyond to make everything possible for us. He was always responsive, approachable, and more than willing to assist, even helping us coordinate with other vendors. A special mention also goes to the wonderful lady managing the venue that evening. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but WOW! Her leadership, attentiveness, and supportive nature were truly outstanding. She made sure everything ran smoothly and allowed us to simply enjoy our celebration without having to worry about a thing. What stood out to us most was that the team genuinely cared about making our wedding special. It wasn’t simply about providing a venue or a service; it was about creating an experience that we, our families, and our guests will cherish for years to come. Highly recommend for events and celebrations. Pari, Trinh and team were highly accommodating and helpful. The staff tonight were amazing.
