Weddings and celebrations in a rustic orchard pavilion
Our rustic Australian-inspired venue features a pitched roof, exposed timber beams and a whitewashed finish. The Pavilion accommodates up to 150 seated guests or 220 in cocktail format. The adjoining terrace looks across the orchard, giving your celebration an indoor-outdoor flow. We work with you on your event arrangements, menus and styling so that the setting suits your occasion.
For your wedding, you can combine a reception in The Pavilion with an outdoor ceremony in the orange orchard. That ceremony setting is available to couples holding their reception at The Orchard. Our wedding team can arrange a private tour, discuss wet-weather provisions and help coordinate your plans. A dedicated bridal room with its own bathroom is available for you and your wedding party to reset before the reception.
The Orchard provides food and beverage options for functions and is fully licensed; BYO alcohol is not permitted. Discuss dietary requirements, outside suppliers and any cake or decorations with our events team in advance. The wider grounds include accessible paths, accessible bathrooms and allocated accessible parking, with more than 150 parking spaces on site. We can help you plan a celebration that makes the most of this orchard setting.

Hello. Firstly, a huge thank you to Natalie and her Team at the Orchard Pavilion for hosting our wedding. You guys did an amazing job. Everything from the early enquiries at beginning of the year and the 54 emails long chain we ran along the way. Natalie you are a Gem! Thank you for being so responsive, fun, helpful and encouraging all along the way. The venue is amazing, staff were amazing, food was delicious, tables, cutlery, candles, napkins, plates etc etc. We (and all our guests) absolutely loved the Shared Menu and the abundance of options our guests had. Everyone agreed our wedding reception felt like a family get together and the warmth of the atmosphere is in big part, thanks to the team at The Orchard. The venue itself is beautiful with its blank slate aesthetic, exposed brickwork and something that has a rustic feel but can also be quite elegant. On top of that, the mobile bar setups, parking, tea lights, tablecloths and all the little things that many venues charge for or that you have to stress about and source are provided by the Orchard Team. The Team on the night were perfect! They even engaged in our celebrations (when not working) and clapped along and stayed back late to accommodate our guests and all their needs. Our reception was pretty much perfect, and we are so glad and thankful that we chose The Orchard Pavilion as our wedding reception. We just celebrated my sisters baby shower at the pavilion at the orchard and we couldn’t have been happier. I can just summarise the Experience as WOW! The room is so beautiful & Natalie facilitated the process so smoothly from booking the room to helping out with the smallest details. The food was sensational. We held a family function at the Pavilion in February 2026. The communication with the organising team was very good both before and after the event. The venue is clean, spacious, and located within a complex of casual eateries just metres from Tench Park and the Nepean River. Parking isn't an issue. There is plenty of street parking and a large parking area at the rear of the complex. Access for those with disabilities is not an issue. The room is a good size and filled with light from the expanses of glass. The finger food provided was good. The customer service team at the event did a great job of being there and helping out when needed and unobtrusive when not. Our function went well and we enjoyed the pleasant, airconditioned location despite a hot summer day. A good space with friendly staff. Recommended.
Beautiful place, great atmosphere. Will definitely come here again to try the other options here.
