The Lakes Golf Club
About us
Golf-course views for weddings, meetings and celebrations
Banksia is our larger private function space, seating up to 150 guests. Its cathedral ceiling and glass surrounds frame views of the course and wetlands, while an outdoor terrace provides a place for pre-dinner drinks or a break. A hardwood dance floor and private bar support receptions and social occasions.
For a smaller gathering, the Billy Holder Room seats up to 20 guests. It can be arranged for seminars, board meetings, private dining or a small wedding. Free Wi-Fi and an LCD screen are available in this room, with full bar and catering service ranging from refreshments to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Couples can discuss a ceremony on our lawns followed by a reception in Banksia. Our small-wedding ceremony option seats up to 60 on the lawn, with wedding coordinators helping plan the day and menu. Family celebrations, birthdays and corporate functions can also be tailored to your plans.
Meetings can be combined with a golf lesson led by a PGA professional or time on the course by arrangement. On-site parking and professional event service help your guests enjoy the programme, whether or not they choose to play golf.

Always a wonderful experience at The Lakes. Love visiting the club and seeing will be a wonderful venue for the Australian PGA later this year.
Its a great spot for a quality round. The course is always in top shape, with smooth greens and a fun, challenging layout. It has a nice mix of prestige and relaxed vibes.
