The Grace Hotel sits right in the heart of Sydney CBD, and guests keep coming back for good reason. The location is consistently praised as unbeatable — steps from trains, light rail, buses, and within walking distance of the Opera House, Circular Quay, and major shopping. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a complimentary mini bar that regularly surprises guests. The heritage Neo-Gothic building adds genuine character, while staff warmth and attentiveness stand out across many stays. A solid choice for business travellers and families alike.
Easy check in, room was comfortable, nice bed with quality linen, and quiet. Not of a let down was the pool, sauna and steam room. Pool water was dirty and at least 8 screaming grotty children, steam room was very run down and not apealing at all, in fact whole pool area was grotty. Good location I would stay again if the price is right.
We had a really lovely stay at The Grace Hotel. It’s in a great location, really close to most of the things you’d want to see and do in the CBD, which made it super convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The hotel was very well maintained and, most importantly, really clean. Our room was comfortable and the cleanliness was definitely one of the highlights. The bathtub was also a great size and a nice bonus after a long day exploring. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location.
