I’ve tried chicken parma at three different places before and honestly never really liked it — until I had it here. This one completely changed my mind. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and really juicy inside. What impressed me most, though, was the tomato sauce. The ones I’d tried before were quite dry, and the sauce tasted more like tomato paste than an actual tomato sauce. Here, it tasted fresh and homemade, more like a proper Italian-style tomato pasta sauce, and I loved that it was served underneath the chicken. My friend, who was having dinner with me, told me this was closer to an old-school style chicken parma. I don’t know enough about chicken parma to judge that myself, but whatever the style is, this is definitely how I like it! 😄 Thank you for finally making me love chicken parma. ❤️

I love this establishment. It has been my go-to in Smith Street for a casual catch up with friends for at least 18 years. Great vibes, good local bands, good drinks including pet nats, and fun upstairs during the week if you like comedy and improv.
