The seasonal Australian cuisine impresses most diners, though a handful found dishes inconsistent or overpriced given the fine dining price point. Sommeliers and servers frequently earn individual mentions for making meals memorable. Overall, it's a go-to spot for celebrations, visitors, and anyone chasing a stunning waterfront setting with polished hospitality.
Enjoyed a high tea, however, I felt there were to many sweet morsels offered... 2 tiers of sweets, 1 tier of savoury (I would have preferred the other way around). But it's a beautiful space, offering different views of Sydney Harbour.
Great views asked the service was lovely. Did was a bit underwhelming. Wine was way over priced with a bottle shop price of $35 being sold for $125. Tiny servings.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Dining Room at Sydney Hyatt is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable, perfect for both a relaxed meal and a special occasion. Every dish we had was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with portions that felt just right. Highly recommend—this is dining done the right way.
