The Creative Fringe

Bring your next meeting, training day or creative team gathering to The Creative Fringe in Jamisontown, Penrith. We offer a dedicated meeting room, an upstairs training room and flexible private-event and content-creation options within a converted industrial warehouse. Our colourful furnishings, textured surfaces and fairy-lit zones give your occasion a setting that feels different from a conventional office or hotel room.

For a small discussion, our ground-floor meeting room seats four people and includes a whiteboard, tea and coffee facilities and wheelchair access. Wi-Fi can be added at an additional cost for this room. The upstairs training room accommodates 16 people at desks or 30 seated without desks, with a large plug-and-play presentation TV, a moveable whiteboard and in-room tea and coffee facilities. Half-day, full-day and longer-course arrangements can be discussed with us.

Our venue-hire offering also welcomes birthdays, launches, networking events, creative workshops and private celebrations. You can combine your booking with an artisan-led team-building experience, or explore our visual settings for photography, filming and branded content. The content-creation options include a 3 m by 3 m shooting area with backdrop choices, or broader access to warehouse zones and props.

Shared breakout areas and kitchen facilities support time between sessions. Free parking is available nearby, including street parking and parking at the netball courts opposite. Viewings are by appointment, giving us time to discuss your layout, access requirements and event needs.
