The Botanist Kirribilli

The Botanist Kirribilli is a neighbourhood restaurant located in the heart of Kirribilli, three kilometres north of Sydney's CBD. Operating for over a decade, the venue specialises in seasonal and locally sourced produce, including fresh vegetables, sustainably sourced seafood, and quality meats prepared with minimal intervention. The menu is curated by Applejack Director of Culinary Patrick Friesen and features an extensive cocktail selection with premium gin and tonics, alongside an impressive wine list highlighting smaller Australian and international wineries.

The venue comprises multiple spaces suitable for groups and events. The Dining Room features high furniture throughout with flexible layout options for cocktail or seated-style events, decorated with plants, floral arrangements and nautical accents, accommodating up to 40 seated guests. The private dining room, Plums, is a separate enclosed space available exclusively for intimate dinners and canapé events, with capacity for up to 18 seated or 25 standing. The entire venue can be booked exclusively for larger celebrations. Group dining menus and banquet options are available, with set menus starting at AUD 88 per person, plus optional dessert and beverage packages.

The Botanist offers cocktail masterclasses for team building and group experiences, pre-theatre dining options, and hosts special events including Melbourne Cup celebrations and Christmas functions.
