Sydney Sundancer

Bring your wedding celebration, birthday or corporate gathering onto Sydney Harbour aboard Sydney Sundancer. We offer private yacht charters with wide decks, covered areas and flexible food and drink arrangements. Although the vessel is licensed for more than 70 passengers plus crew, we normally limit event groups to around 50 guests for comfort. Discuss any larger request directly with us rather than assuming the licensed figure is your event capacity.

You can plan a relaxed daytime cruise, sunset gathering or evening occasion with changing harbour views. Corporate groups can discuss team-building sailing activities under the captain's supervision, while couples and families can tailor a more intimate celebration. We help arrange the cruise around your preferred format, timing and guest list.

Choose full catering, bring your own drinks with a catered meal, or discuss a fully BYO charter. Our buffet and finger-food menus suit larger groups, while formal dining at one table on the aft deck is offered for up to ten guests. A separate saloon below deck can seat up to twelve; these area figures are not additional to the total guest limit.

The yacht has two staterooms and two bathrooms, with overnight stays available by arrangement. An adaptable canopy and enclosed aft-deck options provide shelter, and a Bluetooth-connected music system lets you discuss your preferred soundtrack.
