MV Harbour Spirit provides our largest published event arrangement for up to 210 cocktail guests. Other configurations include formal dining for 100 or a fully seated buffet for 140. These are alternative layouts on the same vessel, not capacities to add together. Its flexible dining saloon, outdoor decks, licensed bar and AV and PA facilities support functions from company gatherings to wedding receptions.
MV Jerry Bailey offers four viewing deck areas, an onboard chef and galley, a licensed bar and a dance floor. Formal dining is published for up to 90 guests. MV Pearl has a function layout across three levels, with a dance floor, bar and open upper deck; its formal-dining arrangement is published for 80. Our smaller MV Ocean Blue welcomes up to 16 guests for inshore harbour use or ten for offshore use. Confirm the current configuration and guest allowance for the vessel you select.
Cocktail, buffet and formal menus are available according to the vessel and booking. BYO beverages are not permitted on our licensed cruises. Dietary requirements should be discussed when booking and at least two weeks beforehand. Access varies by vessel and involves steps or walking aboard, so our fleet is not fully accessible to immobile guests. Your cruise specialist confirms the departure wharf, timing, access requirements and inclusions for your private charter.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary on this dinner cruise. The day was warm, but as the sun set a cool breeze on the water meant a top or jacket. That said, it was late October and it was very manageable. The crusie appeared full, yet there was enough space to move freely between decks, or within the floor you were on, and even the open air roof deck was ample room for the that 'perfect shot'. The meal, well, the cruise was great, the meal was better. Enough choice for young and old, and seconds if you felt the desire. Then a cracking wee dessert, mousse and fruit. Alcohol for purcahse was available, not included in the price, which seemed fair. While there is no commentary, the views, vistas and iconic landmarks speak for themselves. Lastly, the staff were welcoming, attentive and super helpful to those who needed assistance. You will not be disappointed. Worth every cent, dime or dollar. Thank you Shelley and Steve
Excellent lunch. Informative with some good humour added by the narrator.
Lovely friendly & well organised staff. Nice fresh food, quite a good range of hot & cold dishes. Beautiful cruise, very relaxing atmosphere, clam music & a gentle ride around the harbour for a couple of hours. We really enjoyed seeing the harbour go from light to dark with all the city lights. Lots of photo opportunities.
Beautiful way to get an overview of Sydney that doesn't break the bank. Our guide/host Tracey was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the area. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about it!
