Bring your wedding, corporate gathering, conference or live event to Sydney Portugal Community Club. Our Fraser Park precinct combines indoor function areas with a pavilion, Portuguese restaurant and bar, sports facilities and outdoor grounds, so you can discuss the spaces and services that suit your occasion.

The main hall and function rooms welcome weddings, banquets, conferences and private celebrations. Our eight-hundred-seat Pavilion provides a built-in stage, sound and lighting for performances and community events. For larger formats, the outdoor stadium and grounds support festivals, concerts and sporting activations, while the car park precinct can be hired for markets or film-set work.

Across the thirty-four-thousand-square-metre precinct, major-event permissions allow up to five events per year for five thousand attendees and up to ten events per year for three thousand. These are approval-dependent event limits, rather than a guaranteed capacity for every booking. Our events and compliance team assesses the areas, format and requirements for each proposal.

Portuguese catering ranges from plated meals to buffet and canapes, with bar service, event staffing and security available to arrange. External catering may be considered on request.
