stayed here for the first time this past weekend to see the dracula ballet production at the state theatre - so the location was incredibly convenient. also right near QVB, the galleries and westfield. the room was clean with a nice view of centrepoint tower, which was cool. there was a slight mixup with the dinner menu having incorrect & outdated pricing which led to us being charged the wrong amount for meals but aside from that, no issues. staff were all very polite and helpful :)
Stayed in one of the swiss advantage king room, the room is very nice, clean, and big. Loved it because it’s third staying here and this is the first time the reception Adele gave me a room in level 23. One of the best hospitality of all time, Adele is very friendly, attentive, funny and cheerful. She’s very knowledgeable as I asked her to help me with my membership because I never got points from my last stay. The concierge is also very helpful, I forgot the name but he is very tall and helped me with all the directions and my stuffs.
Perfect location right next to Westfield Shopping Centre and within easy walking distance of all key CBD attractions. The rooms are clean, and both the gym and pool are in great condition. The lobby restaurant has a really cool vibe, too! Highly recommend for a convenient city stay.
Swissotel Sydney has become our favourite place to stay whenever we come to Sydney, especially when we’re seeing a show at the Theatre Royal. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the CBD. We always find the rooms spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, with the concierge team being especially wonderful. We’ve also enjoyed breakfast, dinner and cocktails here and have always had a great experience. There can be a wait for the lifts during busy times, but it’s only a minor issue. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely be back. It really feels like our little home away from home in Sydney! ❤️
