You can see how much St Siandra has changed and we love the direction they’re heading in. What once felt more like a casual, fast food style venue now feels like a waterfront fine dining destination. The new tableware, presentation, service and the outstanding food have completely elevated the experience. The quality is easily up there with some of the best fine dining restaurants in Sydney. We absolutely love the concept and the transformation, I can’t recommend this place enough!

First time at St Siandra and we had such a great experience. We absolutely loved the menu, especially how interesting it was to experience native ingredients throughout the dishes. The lemon myrtle butter with the miche was so beautiful and something completely different. The kingfish was so refreshing and the saltbush was a first for us and we absolutely loved it. The cod and duck were both spot on. Every dish was thoughtful, delicious and beautifully executed. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

As always, the food and service was exceptional and if you’ve never had potato bread, then get to St Siandra and try there’s. You can thank me later. Update 04/10/2026 There has been a huge staff change a few weeks ago including a new head chef and menu, what a shame. Whilst the service, venue and feel is still amazing, the food is not. It’s our 2nd try at the new menu and it just doesn’t work, its over priced and under flavoured. You had a great venue that sure, like everything, can always do with improvement, but unfortunately, this no longer works for us. You’ve taken away the reason to come, the food. The potato bread was a favourite and your current sides offering doesn’t work with your mains. The potato, what can you have that with that blends, nothing. Damn shame, was our favourite place and we always promoted it to our friends.

Beautiful dinner at St Siandra made extra special by our lovely waitress Naomi. The lights could be dimmed slightly to improve the atmosphere very nice evening.
