Create your wedding or special event with us at Springfield House, set among five acres of gardens and bushland in Sydney’s Hills District. We offer garden ceremonies, receptions, birthdays, family celebrations, school formals and corporate occasions, with the venue and grounds reserved for one function at a time.

Choose The Pavilion for a marquee setting with transparent panels, glass doors and a clear five-metre ceiling. The dedicated room page and FAQ list 160–250 seated guests in a 15-by-30-metre space. The Manor offers old-world styling, natural light and a garden-facing deck. Its reception space measures 10 by 24 metres, with an additional eight-by-eight-metre deck. The FAQ explains that the included oval tables seat up to 150, while up to 180 guests can be accommodated using hired long tables at an additional cost.

For a garden ceremony, discuss your selected package, ceremony duration and celebrant arrangements with us. A celebrant must be supplied separately. A bridal room can be used briefly before the ceremony within the booked time, but on-site hair, makeup and bridal-party preparation are not permitted.

Our team can tailor food and beverage arrangements, including buffet or cocktail options and dietary requirements notified in advance. External caterers may be considered at management’s discretion and must meet the stated licensing and HACCP requirements. Corporate events can include launches, awards nights, day-delegate gatherings and team-building days, with the format and equipment agreed for the booking.

Wedding attendance by children under 12 is restricted to immediate family under supervision, rather than an unrestricted children’s invitation.
