Overlooking Chowder Bay, Sergeants' Mess is set in one of Sydney's most breathtaking locations. Sitting amidst native bushland, it commands spectacular views of Sydney Harbour across to Camp Cove, Watsons Bay and Rose Bay. The view, along with the glamorous interior and expansive harbour deck, provides the perfect setting for weddings, conferences, meetings, gala events or private celebrations.
Sergeants' Mess offers a variety of spaces that can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. From a banquet dinner for up to 250 guests or lunch presentation with cabaret seating for 170, the main dining room combines 350 square meters of unobstructed floor space with suitably amazing harbour views. For a slightly more intimate gathering, the bar is also available for up to 48 guests seated.
On the lower level the prestigious Sergeant Major's Room boasts an abundance of natural light with an adjoining lounge area and private harbour deck for meetings of up to 30. Sergeants' Mess offers the latest in audio visual equipment and a dedicated staff working with you to ensure a premium event experience.

Beautiful venue. Came here for a friend's wedding. If you're looking for a venue for your event, this place was great. The staff was amazingly great. Good drinks and good food. A lot of folks took Uber there, but they also have parking outside, across the street. The outside area where they had the service was nice with a great view. I like that the restrooms were downstairs away from the rest of the festivities. They have a wonderful deck that wrapped around and gave amazing views of the area. Love it!
