Seaview Williamstown

Bring your conference, birthday celebration, banquet or private gathering to Seaview Williamstown Events Centre. Our floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Williamstown and the Melbourne city skyline, while two connecting event wings let you choose the scale and format that work for your occasion.

The East Wing and West Wing each accommodate up to 130 guests, with the same capacity for sit-down banquets and stand-up cocktail events. Connect both wings for up to 260 guests. These are alternative bookings of the same spaces, rather than capacities that should be added together. Each event is planned around the areas included, furniture and your preferred dining or drinks format.

You can work with our preferred catering partners or arrange a registered external caterer. External caterers must meet the required food-registration and supervision conditions, and outside food service must follow the venue's buffet arrangements. Commercial kitchen equipment, preparation areas and cool-room access are available under the hire conditions; agree staffing, utensils and crockery separately. Our licensed bar does not permit BYO alcohol.

Basic AV includes plasma screens, an in-house PA system, handheld wireless microphones and portable projectors with screens. Projectors and televisions do not operate as one synchronised display system, and video audio must run through the TVs. Our team can show you how to use the equipment, but does not operate your music or presentation during the event. Stage and lectern arrangements can be discussed in advance.

Wi-Fi is available, and our car park has approximately 70 spaces, with additional public parking nearby. Lift access serves the function areas; please discuss mobility needs and equipment dimensions before booking. External DJs need to supply their own equipment. A 20% deposit secures the date, with the final invoice due one week before your event. Confirm your venue-hire, beverage and supplier arrangements with our team.
