The Salisbury Hotel

The Salisbury Hotel is a privately-held establishment operating since 1899 in Stanmore's Inner West. The venue comprises multiple flexible function spaces: The Courtyard (50–90 people), The Hall and Loft (30–50 people), The Hall (30–50 people), The Booths (up to 50 people), and The Cobblestones alfresco area (40 people). The Courtyard features mixed high and low seating with direct bar access and accessible entry from Percival Lane. The Hall and Loft offers a semi-private split-level space with a large TV for presentations. The Booths provide eight private booth tables near the bar. The Cobblestones features high tables with a retractable awning for weather protection.

The venue includes 20 renovated guest rooms with Queen and King bed options, flat-screen TVs, wardrobes, shared kitchen facilities, and laundry access. On-site catering is available through a function menu featuring grazing tables, platters, skewers, sliders, and pizzas. The pub operates a full bistro and café with weekend breakfast service from 7am–11:30am Friday to Sunday. A beer garden with its own bar is located at the rear.
