The Barn serves as the primary event space, described as an enchanting and versatile venue designed for weddings, retreats, and celebrations. The property features multiple dining venues: The Homestead offers casual all-day dining with views of a lake and dam; The Hawkesbury provides award-winning fine dining with seasonal menus showcasing local produce; and Ned's Piano Bar offers cocktails and live music in a classic setting.
Accommodation comprises 20 guest suites across three categories—The Gardens, The Classics, and The Signatures—each featuring 54 square metres of space with fireplaces and terraces. Selected suites include private heated plunge pools. The property also features a spa offering hydrothermal experiences and treatments using Australian botanical ingredients. Additional facilities include outdoor areas suitable for ceremonies and receptions, with the natural landscape providing a backdrop for events. The venue is accessible by car from Sydney, with optional chauffeur service available.

5 stars is hard to get. This venue definitely deserves it. The food was exceptional. Staff were nice and accommodating. Great place to dine over the lake. It definitely worth the drive. It will not dissapoint. Thanks to cameron for making our breakfast a great experience. Cant wait for their venue with accommodation to open across the road in November. They also have a great rustic looking function room. Great job mr singleton. Incredible venue.
Beautiful place, great location, awesome food and service
Discovered this little gem quite by accident. Stopped in for a breakfast and what an amazing experience it was. The food was divine, the service was impeccable and the surroundings just beautiful. Highly recommend Saddles for a visit. They also do functions and will definitely be back.
Really liked this place. The view is beautiful and the whole place has a really nice, chilled vibe. Staff were friendly and attentive too. Food-wise, I found it pretty average. The sauce with the fish was a bit watery and didn’t have much flavour. The beetroot was also quite simple, nothing really stood out for me. Still worth checking out for the view and the relaxed atmosphere though!
