Our named event spaces include Executive Board Rooms, the Executive Conference Room, Rooftop, The Domes, The Pods and Upstairs. These are different spaces and booking options, not a single room with one shared capacity. Whether you are arranging a meeting, a celebration, a graduation, a showcase or a commemorative gathering, we can help you discuss the possibilities. Christmas events and weddings are also part of our event offering.
Food and drink are central to the club experience. Our dining outlets include The Oven, Wokafella, The Barista and the Main Bar, giving you a starting point for discussing how hospitality can fit your event. Wokafella draws on Asian street-food flavours, while the club also offers family favourites, coffee and a range of drinks. Confirm your event catering and service arrangements with our team rather than assuming a regular dining promotion applies to a private booking.
We are in central Parramatta, with restaurants, bars and entertainment within the club. Choose the event setting that suits your plans and ask us about room availability, the preferred layout and any practical requirements before confirming your booking.

Another work conference, great spot for it, the food was very good, plenty if tea and coffee, good variety of table munches, plenty of space, screens for presentations, staff were amazing, plenty of facilities, a good day for all staff.

4 of us have been visiting your club every 4-6 weeks for a number of years for lunch and extended time together. Our recent visit was very disappointing. Firstly when we swiped our cards to see what our bonus pionts were, we each had 1...the same as all the previous visits. The Duty Manager was understanding and said he'd pass on our problem to Tech support?? We are members of other clubs and regularly receive a free drink or some benefit. Secondly a couple of us enjoy your Bloody Shiraz on tap. We were shocked to see the price increase. Yes, I realise the alcohol tax impacts on prices but surely this being on tap shouldn't be so pricey. Finally, our meals....all four were smaller servings than we had ever experienced. The number of prawns on 2 meals were half the amount from previous visits. On the plus side, staff were helpful and friendly. Your Club offers a lovely spacious and relaxing atmosphere allowing us to linger longer over coffee and maybe dessert on our visits. Sadly, we are now considering going elsewhere.
