Celebrate your birthday, corporate function or hens and bucks party at our Fitzroy cocktail bar. At Polly, we bring a 1920s Parisian mood to your event with red armchairs, velvet, marble tables and a relaxed style of table service. You can reserve a semi-private area downstairs, take the Private Function Room upstairs, or enquire about an exclusive Saturday afternoon booking of the main bar.

Our upstairs Private Function Room accommodates up to 65 guests, with seating for 26. Wood, exposed brick and high ceilings give it a different character from the plush main bar below. Your group has private bartenders, three televisions for slideshows or videos, a sound system with Spotify and a smoking balcony.

For a more informal gathering, our Side Bar is a reserved area within the main bar, rather than a fully enclosed room. It accommodates up to 35 guests; including the adjoining Front Atrium extends this arrangement to 50. The main bar is listed for up to 120 guests in our function menu, combining seated and standing areas. These options overlap and their capacities should not be added together. Exclusive Saturday afternoon main-bar functions have a minimum of 40 guests.

We can arrange catering, pizzas and grazing tables. You may also bring food for your event, provided it does not require kitchen access. Vegetarian and vegan options are available; please discuss dietary needs when planning, as we cannot accommodate coeliac requirements. Choose a bar tab, cash bar or beverage package to suit your gathering.

Add an interactive element with our private cocktail-making class. Over two hours, you receive an arrival drink, shared grazing platters and guidance from our bartenders as you make three cocktails. A non-alcoholic version is available, and the experience suits team bonding, birthdays and hens celebrations. We also offer guided whisky tastings.
