Bring your conference, meeting, wedding or private celebration to Peppers The Hills Lodge in Castle Hill. Our garden hotel combines four dedicated meeting rooms with event catering, breakout areas and onsite accommodation, making it practical to bring your programme and guests together in one place.
Choose the Estate Room for up to 200 guests in theatre or cocktail format, or 130 for a banquet. Its ground-floor location opens to a private courtyard with a fountain. The Library offers first-floor space with a balcony, while the York Room has a lounge area nearby for breaks. Our ground-floor Boardroom opens to another courtyard. These four spaces provide different settings for a focused meeting, training session or larger gathering, with capacities matched to the chosen layout.
Our meeting rooms have natural light, air conditioning and audiovisual facilities, including projection screens and sound systems. High-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary onsite parking help keep arrangements straightforward. Conference catering can include arrival refreshments, morning and afternoon tea and lunch, with current package inclusions agreed with our events team.
For a celebration, discuss weddings, school formals, private parties, Christmas functions or a farewell gathering with us. Landscaped gardens and courtyards provide space for breaks and social moments, while Nobles Restaurant & Bar offers onsite dining. I honestly cannot recommend Peppers The Hills Lodge highly enough! We recently held a very special celebration here, and from the very beginning, Kristine and her incredible team went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of care, attention to detail and genuine kindness we received throughout the entire planning process was exceptional. Kristine was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to accommodate every request, and her dedication to making our event everything we had dreamed of truly meant so much to us. On the night, everything came together beautifully. The venue looked absolutely stunning, the service was outstanding, and the entire team made sure everything ran seamlessly so we could simply relax and enjoy our special night. We are beyond grateful to Kristine and the whole team for making such an important occasion so memorable. It was honestly everything we could have dreamed of and more. Absolutely 10/10. Our second stay here and we are never disappointed. The staff are absolutely fantastic and restaurant is amazing. The food is worth trying. The room was clean and nice, small but moveable. The staff where more then helpful and the prkce was reasonable, the carpark is rather full if there is a conference on in the function rooms and it can be hard to find a park which is inconvienent.
