Celebrate by the water with us at Pelicans Landing. Our Williamstown restaurant, bar and function centre overlooks the Commonwealth Reserve Gardens, Gem Pier, Port Phillip Bay and the Melbourne skyline. The weatherboard building and balconies create a distinctive maritime setting for your wedding, birthday, anniversary, Christmas party or corporate function.

Our Level One Function Centre has two main function rooms: the Pier Room and the Bay Room. You can book either room or combine them as a full-floor arrangement. For special events, our linked function pack lists the Pier Room for up to 70 seated or 80 standing guests, the Bay Room for up to 100 seated or 120 standing, and the full floor for up to 160 seated or 250 standing. Our general functions page describes events of up to 200 guests, so please confirm the applicable limit for your exact format before booking.

Corporate arrangements have different capacities: our corporate pack lists up to 50 seated delegates in the Pier Room and 80 in the Bay Room. We can discuss meetings, training, conferences, breakout arrangements and corporate dinners. These are configuration-specific figures, and the full-floor option includes the two rooms rather than providing an additional independent space.

For celebrations, choose a cocktail-style event with canapés or a formal seated meal. Our kitchen also offers grazing options and a children’s menu, while drinks can be arranged on an agreed bar tab. Outside food and beverages are not permitted apart from selected cakes and desserts approved in advance.

A lift provides access to the first-floor reception. An in-house sound system is available, and corporate presentation equipment can be arranged through an external hire supplier with advance notice and additional costs.
