The bar serves classic, tiki, and original cocktails alongside craft beers, wines, and a selection of traditionally served absinthes. The venue has a maximum capacity of 60 people and accepts bookings for groups of 6–12 people, with larger groups and private hire available by arrangement. Walk-in tables are held nightly. Operating hours are Monday to Thursday 4pm–midnight, Friday 4pm–late, and Saturday 5pm–late.
Papa Gede's has received multiple awards including People's Choice Awards from Time Out Sydney (2015, 2016), Best Neighbourhood Bar from Time Out Sydney (2015), and nominations for Best International Cocktail Bar and World's Best Cocktail List at the Spirited Awards (2017). The venue is suitable for private events and corporate functions.

Best little bar in Sydney, great bar staff, can't say much about the food but of they have it I am sure it's great. Amazing drinks, cocktails, atmosphere and definitely wish they had one of these in Melbourne.
We went really late, at this point every drink is good but the cocktails at this bar really stood out. Super complex and really tasty. Must try!
came back after 5+years for happy hour 🌇 they have absinthe cocktail special 🍹 $15, and half price toasties 🥪 ⭐ enjoyed their signature cocktails - recommend the pandan colada 🥥, lush blooms (fruity spritz) 🌺, and the iconic zombie (rum tiki)🏺
Reily and Christian deserve a raise for their personal service and charm for the job! Their spark and personality makes me a regular customer(leeroy jenkins is a must)
